Gorana has over 15 years of management experience and is a strategic thinker with a passion for developing innovative solutions. As a manager, she excels at identifying challenges and implementing effective strategies to achieve business objective. Gorana is known for her ability to foster a positive and productive work environment. She is dedicated to impowering team members and creating a culture of continues improvement. Additionally, she has over three years of experience in case management specializing in Social Security Disability and Social Security Income. Her ability to excel at legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery and prepping provides us with the best possible outcome to assist us in both Legal and Management roles. 

Gorana was born in Zadar, Croatia and grew up in Serbia before immigrating to America for a better life. Gorana graduated from Erie County Community College in 2020 and since has received several Certificates in both Social Security Disability and now in Family Law. In her spare time Gorana loves to spend time with her family, travel and hey-ey-ey lets go Buffalo!!
